El Centro College interview questions

Myself and one other candidate interviewed at the same time. I was a little intimidated at first, but I was able to use it my advantage. We interviewed with the hiring supervisor and the executive director.

The hiring process isn't like other workplaces, it was a breeze. You go in there with confidence, and claim that the job is yours, then it shall be yours. I made sure when I spoke I used proper grammar, and stayed in a pleasant and intrigued tone of voice.
