Panel interview with director, manager, and 2 educators. Interview consisted of clinical questions specific to skill set. This was for a system float position. The interview was not difficult and the team was not intimidating.

short and sweet. Interviewer was very pleasant and friendly the entire time. Made it very smooth and easy. No stress at all. She actually started by saying "this will be very informal." I really appreciated the ease.
