I applied through Indeed. A few hours later, I got a request to do both graphic design and logic Indeed assessments. You need to reach a score proficient in both. Now here’s the fun part if you pass the assessment. The Operation Specialist sends you a message to take the Predictive Index® Behavioral Assessment, which she claims it’s a scientifically validated behavioral assessment. There’s a lot of bias by taking personality tests and honestly, it’s insulting. Relying on algorithm to determine someone’s personality? That’s inhumane. I reached out to her if I could get feedback or results from the test. I just got a response where she just copied and paste the same exact message of the invitation to take the exam. I’m dismayed by their attempt of communication and logic of taking a behavioral test.

The interview process was very smooth and painless, they’re interested in finding the right personality fit which was reflected in the genuine discussions that were had rather than coding challenges and take-home tests. It started with an initial multiple choice personality test, followed by a chat with the recruiter, then some of the more senior management and finally the CEO. All stages were comfortable and it never felt like an interrogation like some companies’ interviews can. I am grateful for the transparency, patience and kindness I was shown throughout the short and sweet interview process.
