Eide Bailly had an informative and well planned interview process. I applied online and quickly got a phone consultation with a recruiter that went well. I then had to take a personality test, meet with the hiring manager and then do a pretty comprehensive writing assignment. I spent a lot of time on the assignment to make sure that they received what they were looking for, and I was able to express my talent. When the recruiter told me I’d be moving onto the next steps and a final interview, I was excited and then abruptly received an email saying that I was no longer a candidate. When I asked for feedback on my writing assignment, I was ghosted.
