      Customer Service Representative Interview

      14 Mar 2013
      Anonymous employee
      El Monte, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Eforcity (El Monte, CA) in May 2012

      Interview

I do not recommend working for this company, but should you be desperate, here's what to do. Make sure to dress professional (I'm taking suite and tie fellas, and ladies). Make eye contact with the person giving the interview, and crack a few jokes (keep it clean). Should you interview with the CEO (which I did), be honest and up front. Tell him why you so desperately need this job without coming off desperate. Good luck!

      Question 1

Make sure to bring a calculator (or beef up your math skills), because there will be math problems on your application.
