I interviewed at Efficy CRM (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Easy and quick interview process. Three rounds including case presentation. Informal and chatty interviewers. No complaints. I had 24 hours to prepare the case of a normal workday for a BDR.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Efficy CRM (Warsaw, Masovia) in Dec 2025
Interview
So, the process began with a HR pre-screen, where one HR lady described more details about the company and further recruitment steps. I must admit here, that the position was based in Warsaw with hybrid type of work. My geo location did not belong to Warsaw area, but HR lady decided to continue the process with me further. Additionally, I had capabilities of relocation to Warsaw.
As a next step, I was provided with a short tech assessment task, where small microservice had to be implemented according to their requirements. They gave me 3 days to prepare it with a promise to provide a feedback within next 3 days after day submission. I submitted it having one free day left, since the task was easy.
In the end they were "checking" my task about 1.5 week. I was pinging HR lady almost every day and one thing only I received during those days was: "they are really busy and can't check your test".
Finally, I got an email from hiring manager with next feedback. They admitted my solution was good, but main reason to decline me as a good candidate was: I'm not located in Warsaw.
To sum up all above, we have next situation: Efficy does not give a damn about their given promises. They can decline a candidate for really artificial reason and feed you promises that everything will be fine.
My strong recommendation: avoid their job opportunities as soon as You spotted it opened.
