Education Analytics interview questions

Very long winded process before even getting an interview. Application form (+ questions on application process), initial video submission answering 5 video recorded questions, panel interview (3 people from the team). And then..... ghosted. It's been 5 weeks and have not heard anything. Terrible hiring process! I've lost interest and don't even want the job anymore. Panel interview seemed very robotic. All 'tell me a time when...' questions. Did not feel personal at all.

There was a recorded interview round with 5-7 short prompts and 2 minutes to answer each one. The second round was an online interview with a group of current employees.
