Edson Manufacturing interview questions

The office was way more outdated and unkempt than I anticipated. Also I was supposed to interview with the owner but he scheduled himself for a meeting with someone else at the same time as well as helped with a an incoming truck so I interviewed with 2 office employees instead. They were nice women but not who I was expecting to meet with. I was also told at the interview that new employees get NO paid time off for the FIRST YEAR!! And then only get 1 week after that. I was visibly shook from that info and they asked me how much time I was looking for. I told them at the very least 2-3 weeks. Needless to say I didn’t get called back by the owner. Oh and I was told no cell phones allowed in the building AT ALL. I also saw cameras all over. It was very depressing and reminiscent of a prison with the phone rules and the cameras. No thanks!!
