Was approached by a recruiter inviting me to an interview. After the initial conversation with the recruiter, I had a second interview with the supply chain manager. It was really casual phone call. Went over resume accomplishments and how I did it all. Finally, I was invited for an in-person interview with the manager and the COO of the company, and it was very similar to the phone call. Overall, good experience.
