Interview
Interview process was overall easy, quick and efficient. I wish more companies ran like this. It took a total of 2 weeks from the first call to the offer. All the interviews has a mix of behavioral and conversational get to know you questions. Everyone was great, engaged, and easy to talk to you.
3 total interviews:
1. Phone screening with the recruiter
2. Interview with the hiring manager
3. Interview with a cross function team leader (for me it was the director of Merch)
Edenred, you did a great job with the recruiting process. There was no down time, and you quickly responded within 24 hours if we were moving forward. Keep it up!

1. Call avec la chargée de recrutement mandatée par l'entreprise
2. Call avec la RH
3. Call avec le manager de l'équipe (sur site)
4. Call avec un head of technique
Puis après plus de nouvelles, pas de réponses aux mails.
La recruteuse ne savait plus où se mettre ...
Je trouve ça dommage qu'après 4 entretiens dont un sur site, de ne pas avoir ne serait-ce qu'un mail pour informer de la décision prise.

30-min recruiter phone call followed by a 60-min virtual interview with the Director of Customer Success (hiring manager) the same day. I heard back about a week after that interview.
