What’s something you’re trying to develop in yourself?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ecologi (Hurley, West Midlands, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Interview process was super straightforward and efficient. Loved that I had to do a presentation. I think it is the right set of skills one needs to see and I loved that the subject was open to interpretation which made it both easier and harder! Thought it was really clever. The feedback was staggered over a few days which was slightly frustrating as it sounded like I may have got the job but then took 4 days to confirm. Maybe in future not giving too much on the first feedback in terms of letting the candidate think they got it without the relevant docs to back it up. Other than that the onboarding team was amazing.
