After filling out a job application online I was called upon for a phone interview with the HR department in the main office. After that was completed I was put in touch with the regional manager of the hiring region. We had a phone conversation that eventually led to an in person interview.

The interviews were fine. Management seemed a little arrogant about the service provided. 3 stage interview. The third stage is one on one with other representatives, manger, and managers of different departments. Never contacted me to reject me.

Questions were mostly personality based since this was an entry level job.

Interview
I interviewed with three managers. Two district account representative and their boss, the district manager. After the interview I had to take a drug and background test. It was a few weeks before I received an offer.
