Interview
It was a straight forward, simple, two way conversation. There were no complicated questions, as long as you had a balanced background of education and experience relevant to the position, with leadership and people skills.
The interview process was straight forward. They asked me to describe my qualifications, experiences, and type of industries I've been exposed to. They also asked about the systems and processes that I managed throughout my experiences.
