I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EchoStar in Aug 2025

Interview

It took about 30 days from start to finish. There are 4 rounds of interviews including the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Culture Fit Interview and a Final with the Director. There are also 3 assessments you must take.

Interview

Cold, harsh and maybe the worst second interview I've ever had in 35 years. I am so offended I am withdrawing my application. I'm not sure what caliber of candidate you are looking for but this isn't a good fit for me after working for several top tier programs across retail/marketing.
