Straight forward interview, asked questions about what I learned on my old jobs about handling tough situations and meeting with customers. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. Asked me where I grew up.

Interview
There were multiple interviews with different managers - overall it was very professional - however they were less than forthright about the compensation plan - a base "salary" is paid which is essentially a draw that does not have to be repaid if not met - however when specifically asked they obfuscated the truth - it is not a salary but a guaranteed minimum income amount - bait and switch
