Echelon Partners interview questions

Pretty straight forward. Started with an initial application drop, followed by a few questions that required a write-up response and pretty thorough thought process. If they liked that, then you get called in for a "super day" structure... Super day was with 2 people... Since that's all that really work there.

The interview was with two employees. Each read 15 questions off of a piece of paper. Almost all questions were behaviorial, with only 2-3 technical questions. Office was small and dull.
