Echelon Insurance interview questions

I have yet get interview, I'm here to find their possible question. If I finished my interview, I will rewrite this question. But as so far, what I know is their interview takes a long time, many hr here to ask you question. I don't know whether it will be one-by-one question.

I applied online and received an invite for the first-round interview two weeks later. The interview was conducted over the phone with the recruiter. It seemed like the recruiter hadn't read my resume, but overall, the conversation went smoothly. The recruiter reviewed my past roles one by one and asked about my achievements in each position.
