Phone screening followed by an interview via Skype.Recruited non interested at all on what was being said, even forgot my name. Got an offer to continue the process but obviously rejected it

1st round interview 1 on 1 with Manager for Sydney
2nd round interview with Manager for Sydney and 2 other associates.
Both a mixture of personal and behavioural questions, also a sales Pitch.
