It was welcoming, and the interviewer made sure I was first of all comfortable. It really shows how much the organization value people. And while I was quite skeptical about the kind of reception I might get, it was contrary to my initial thoughts, the soft tone and mood surrounding the organization made me feel so at home already
The interviewer was very professional, cordial and to the point. We waited a long while and it didn't start at the specified time but it was a smooth process. The interviewer asked relevant questions

No response from recruitment team after two stages of interview and tests. HR was not providing clear details about the job and the benefits. Interview was focused on the CEO eg what will you do if "our ceo" does this or that. Gives the company a one man business reputation.
