Interview was three rounds. First was a basic call with a recruiter with mostly yes or no questions. Second was a more technical call with the hiring managers. Third was an in person interview involving 2 rounds with two different groups. The in person interview seemed to follow a format in which they ask set questions looking for examples of work and how that aligns with Eaton's requirements.

What is an example of a project you had a high stake in?
One phone screen and one on sight. Included members were ME Manager, ME Team Leads, and an HR person. Questions were posed and responses were requested to be in STAR format. The interview lasted about 1 hour and concluded with a site tour.

Good technical questions asked by interviewer with a mindset based on technical knowledge and not how fluent you re at English. And communication was checked thoroughly in hr round. .....
