2 Stage Interview. 1st Online, 2nd Face to Face. First Interview informal and second was formal. Overall was a long process but understandable as it’s a big company. Overall, both managers were lovely to speak to.

Start out with a phone screen with an Eaton recruiter. Formal on site interview follows with two rounds of interviews on that day. One with HR and one with the functional manager.
