I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton
Interview
I applied while I was still a senior BSEE student and I was a semester away from my graduation. I pre-interviewed via phone call inside my car at a parking lot. It was funny that an alarm went off from a car near where I parked. It interrupted my interview but the interviewer did not mind about it and just laughed and said he understands the struggle of finding a peaceful place for interview on campus. LOL! The pre-interview went well and I received an invitation for the final round of interview in Warrendale, PA. During the final interview, I had to do a presentation in front of 3-4 managers. I used the opportunity to present what i have accomplished so far from my senior design project even though it is not complete yet. They seemed to like the idea that i found alternative ways to come up with new solutions when my previous solutions failed after I shared my struggles from my senior design project. After the presentation, I had the typically one-on-one interviews with the managers. The interviews were straightforward and not as technical as i would expect. I was still a student at the time so i understood that they wouldn't expect me to answer technical questions related to their respective departments. I was really prepared for the behavioral and situational questions. I gained advantage by using technical/project references when i answered their questions. FYI: This is from Dec 2015 so I cannot guarantee if the process is still the same.

The interview had two parts, 30mins each. You will talk to one interviewer and then move to another room with another guy. The second part you will be given 3 questions for each part and choose one of them to answer. The questions were very behavior.
