First interview conducted on campus. Was told that will know the status in 2 weeks. No one called me and then get an email apology after around a month and asked for second interview. Again no one called at the given time and later on no correspondence. Very unprofessional attitude. Completely disappointed by company's hiring process.

Interview
4 rounds of interview.
1st: Phone call with HR (ordinary questions nothing crazy)
2nd: 2 managers (STAR method questions)
3rd: 2 hr directors (Situational/behavioural)
4th: VP's (You prepare a presentation based on a given topic)
The interview process was good and friendly. The questions were behavioral and aligned with the main goals and vision of Eaton. The process was 3 round of interviews and the interviews were conducted each week.

Interview
Applied on the Eaton website for early career development. They got back to me within 2 weeks for the initial. We conducted two rounds of online interviews and both were behavioral. The process was smooth and completed in a timely manner.
