Interview
Signed up for the SWE Conference, submitted my resume online, received a call from HR before the conference to schedule an interview. The interview consisted of 3 behavioral questions, relatively easy, and the interviewer helped to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. 3-4 weeks later I was contacted for final round interviews. They flew you out to their headquarters and put you up in a nice hotel for the night (Wednesday) where we had a networking dinner with about 20 potential interns and 10 current employees. The next day (Thursday) was interviews: 2, 45-minute 1:1 interviews, 1 with HR and 1 with engineering manager/exec. board member. After your interviews you had to give a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation on why the company should hire you. The audience consisted of 1 HR, 1 engineering manager, and a member of the executive board. They grilled you with questions. We had a wrap up meeting and they shuttled us back to the airport for our flight home.

I interviewed at a conference. It was a 2-on-1 interview style. They alternated between asking questions. They introduced themselves and then asked me to do the same. They then told me the questions were all behavioral based. They asked me 5-7 questions about my experiences. They commonly followed up with specific questions tailored to my resume i.e "How did you come to this conclusion for this project". After they allowed time for me to ask them questions.
The process went well. All people I was involved with were nice and respectful. I would interview with this company again. They were also very prompt with their response, which I appreciate.
