Met with nurse manager for virtual interview. She was great with answering questions and taking me through what a shift would look like. I would have liked for there to be an in person portion of the interview process, just for the applicant to see the site/potential coworkers to further evaluate if the job may be a good fit.

Very straight forward two managers were in it lasted about an hour. Very friendly talked about experience and goals in career. No scenario questions just personality and psych geared questions.

The Interview process starts with a Phone screening interview, then an in person interview with the nurse manager, then discussion with HR about pay and start dates for orientation . Very easy process all around.
