Interview
Very simple phone conversation followed by an in person interview and a trail shift. They mostly let my experience speak for itself. Interviewer was very kind and explained all of the smaller concepts within the broader context, and asked which ones I was most interested in before making an offer.

I applied online, and I got an email back the same day to set up an in-person interview, asking me to send a few times that I would be available to come in for one. I said I was free the afternoon of the next day and the three following days; I had the interview the afternoon of the next day. It was a pleasant experience and pleasant conversation.

Hiring manager didn't bother to show up for the interview. I had to wait 30 minutes to get interviewed by another employee who wrote down my answers to the questions. Interviewer told me I would definitely get a response within a week. I was then ghosted for a full month before I got a response that I did not get the job
