Interview
They brought me in with other potential candidates and then went through a roundtable of questions with the other engineers in-house. After this, the engineering manager took me on a plant tour. Lastly, the candidates and I all went to lunch with a few of the younger engineers and the manager.
I interviewed and got the job. Met with several people. They were nice and all. Asked me lits of questions and I gave answers. Eventually they ran out of questions and I ran out of answers.
Never heard back after they asked for second interview. NOTHING. After many follow up emails. I do not think this is a well put together human Res team. They should ensure to reach out to all, and not GHOST

Interview
Had a phone interview about the position with a recruiter and was asked a couple questions. After about 2-3 months I was contacted to come in for an in person interview. Interviewed with a panel of engineers whom I would be working with and took a tour of the factory afterwards. During the interview, I was asked about my skills and some situational questions. I was offered the job the following week.
