Recruiters ask many situational based questions and expect the interviewee to respond using the STAR method. They are great at making the interview space comfortable and encourage you to provide as detail of answers as possible

Talked to a recruiter at the career fair and got offered an interview opportunity. The interview was meh. The guy kept on asking the same questions. Still got a call a week later with the offer.

Interview
First, spoke with HR and had a brief introductory conversation. This led to the interviewer looking over my resume and asking questions over my experiences. Finally, I was asked a couple of behavioral style questions.
