Interview
I Interviewed with Gary Bass from Human Resources. It was the best interview I have ever had. It was more of a conversation than an interview. He maybe asked a couple of question from the paper but otherwise he asked question from my resume. Its not just me that thinks that this was great interview but all of my classmates who interviewed with him said that it was a great interview. I didn't feel the need to pretend to be someone else just so I can impress him with my answers.

Multiple Zoom conference calls with HR and plant team members from technical, maintenance and operations. There was about 3-4 zoom calls to talk with the entire site team. Each call was in-depth.

The interview was a three step process. First interview is just introduction and basic interview questions. Second interview is meeting with team members. Third interviews is an on-site visit interview.

The interview is good , they try to test all our skills both technical and as well as soft skills . Try to test problem solving and analytical skill set also.
