East Stroudsburg University interview questions

I've applied for multiple jobs at ESU over the past year (yes, it's been an awful, unending job search for me), and while I've landed an interview for each of the five roles I've applied to, and I've had fine experiences with the interviewers (who are never anyone from HR but a few people from the department hiring), I can't justify applying to any more jobs here as I've been ghosted after final round interviews for the last three. After the most recent final interview, I followed up with the interviewer about two weeks after, heard nothing, followed up again a month later and found out HR was supposed to have already told me they had passed on me and reposted the job. I assume that's what happened with the other two roles I was ghosted on. I know plenty of people who work here and are very happy with their jobs, but it seems like ESU's HR doesn't know how to communicate.
