I had a zoom panel interview with 6 individuals. Each person had a question they asked. The interview felt stiff, they didn't explain the position and the responsibilities of the position up front which would have been helpful in being able to provide answers to their interview questions. I did not feel it was very conversational in nature and therefore they didn't get to know me and my skills.
