I feel like the person in charge was not very knowledgeable of the position being offered. She asked following directions, when she did not follow them herself. Sitting in the lobby, the environment seen rather dull and awkward and uptight. I feel like the questions asked in the interview could have been addressed in a simple phone interview instead of having you drive out there for a five minute interview.
