A few weeks after I applied I got a call from the DM. She was doing all the interviews because the store hadn't opened yet. We met for a 1-on-1 interview and she was very friendly and chatted with me beforehand. I remember the questions being pretty difficult to answer, but she gave me a little time to think.

Do you think you could be a good salesperson? Ok, sell me this pen right now.
Simple. He asked most of the basic questions and mostly just asked me about myself. Then told me about the company and what they stand for. He told me about himself and his background and what was expected.
