      Designer Interview

      24 Feb 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Earthbound Brands (New York, NY) in Dec 2021

      Interview

I thought the person who interviewed me was nice and polite but the interview itself was rescheduled 3 times, and when we finally had the date down she was "late" to the zoom meeting by 30min+ , besides the frustration of constant rescheduling we had a nice long chat about what the company was looking for - which actually did not match the job listing at all. It also seemed like they want one person to cover 2-3 different job descriptions which would have been fine if they were willing to pay accordingly. I was asked to send some examples of my work which I did but I don't think based off our conversation that the interviewer looked at them (she mentioned needing to "go back and look again") I followed up with a thank you email and later with a follow up email and the interviewer simply ignored both. Thought that was a little unprofessional but maybe they are too busy to respond? for that reason it felt like a waste of effort on my end.
