I had an initial phone interview with the owner of the company, interviews with 2 other recruiters, an in person interview with the owner and a half day of shadowing to fully understand the job and to ensure a good fit.

Interview
8 interviews including Skype, mock sales call, lunch, and interview with company staff. Communication was primarily with administrative assistant who scheduled interviews and suggested how to prepare. Two week wait of inviting after background check which came after the job offer... out of order, which should have been a red flag.
