Very simple and easy. Talk moderately. The people are really nice. It’s an enjoyable process, mostly a formality and learning about whether you can talk to kids or not. It was over zoom, and I had one formal one in person. Super simple.

Interview
For the interview, there was the option for either in person or virtually if needed. The questions were generally behavioral questions and then past experiences were discussed if applicable. They just want to provide the best experiences for the kids.
