I went through two phone interviews as well as one in person interview. The following week I was offered the position and was sent additional information to finalize the offer.

Interview
Very easy going. Not your typical sit-down interview. Toured the facilities and received a text with an offer the next day. I went in, he came out, then we sat for a few minutes and talked about general stuff.

Went over the way we got paid. Nothing really was asked during the entire interview. We just walked around and he showed me all the machines, facilities, and met management at the very end.
