An EXOS recruiter conducted a phone interview, the Hiring Manager conducted a video interview, and then a tour of the site and meeting with the Liason was scheduled and conducted. I never received a rejection email or call, the interview follow-up was very slow and not personal.

Had a call with a recruiter who said they would pass me on to a hiring manager for next steps. Never heard back after a number of follow-up emails. 3 years ago, I applied for a position at EXOS and was also ghosted after 4 interviews. Very unprofessional. They should be ashamed. Doesn't take long to send a courtesy email back. Stay away
They'll start with a call and then you'll be invited to an in person interview if you make it. After you'll probably get a call back after a week or two. You may then get invited to another in person interview to talk with upper management.
