EXL Services interview questions

The interview round consisted of 3 rounds. First round was aptitude and programming based. The next round was a technical round based on sql and dbms. 3rd round included puzzles, guesstimates questions and about projects mentioned in resume.

The interview process was different for different students some were selected on the first round, they ask u about the skills u mention in your resume, guesstimate and puzzles are goona be asked for sure.
