I got the call from recruitment agency & this lady was not having proper information, means she was useless for this job. I was told about 2 rounds of discussions as being immediate joiner, which became 3 as I started. Then was asked to complete some Mettl test, again this was a surprise round with no prior information. Then had HR discussion where HR lady was yawning on video & was not interested in the discussion. Then that useless lady told me that some senior Mngmt person wants to have informal discussion with me and this was not part of the process also. Then I was asked to submit the docs to move ahead else they can't release the offer letter. During that process they took the agreement from me to check my ITR & PF details. Then they keep on wasting my time by giving excuse that my BGV is pending with my previous organization. When I checked with my prev organization then it confirmed that they have already replied. When I gave that mail proof to Exfo, then Exfo person vanished. After multiple follow-ups in the end of the month, Exfo person replies that I refused to take that Mngmt round, so they will not move ahead with my profile. These people are such fraud that before taking the documents they did not put that condition, neither that yawning HR lady told about any such process. So my suggestion to all people, not to go for such organization having such fake/fraud people. Don't waste your time here & don't give any document here. These companies then misuse your information to make their own money.
