ESP would not want any candidate to experience a delay in the provision of feedback, but in rare circumstances a slight delay can be experienced. With this specific role in mind, ESP was experiencing a continuous and high response of applications to our job advertisement, and between sourcing and pipelining activities and organisation of a number of interviews for the position, a short delay in the provision of feedback to this specific candidate occurred. However, ESP called the candidate to provide feedback on their application and we have apologised for any delay the candidate experienced.
