The interview process was low pressure and stress. They interviewer was very nice. They answered every question I had. They were straight forward with expectations and what they were looking for in an employee.
There were two rounds of interviews before I received an offer to work at ESF camps. The first was a general screening and then the second was a more in-depth conversation about my experience.

Tell me about a time where you resolved a conflict.
I interviewed with ESF Camps twice prior to receiving an offer letter. Both interviews were conducted virtually. The first interview was just a general screening and the second was more in-depth about being a counselor. I interviewed with the head of the camp site both times.
