In person interview,1-1 with director then panel with the developers with the most domain knowledge. The company did not act professionally. Company made me a written offer on Wednesday, and I was told that they needed a response by the following Friday, which was completely fair. But they rescinded the offer the next day, Thursday, without any explanation whatsoever, which is bad business. You don’t give someone a written offer, tell them to accept in 2 days, then email the next day and rescind the offer for no reason. It’s unprofessional and dishonorable. Applicants beware.
