I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ER Express
Interview
It is an intensive interview process that includes a phone interview, excel test, writing test, and in person interpersonal interview. I was in the office for 3 hours during the interview process just for an internship position. But I think if you make it to the in person interview, you have a good shot at getting the job... just don't crumble under pressure!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ER Express (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2016
Interview
ER Express has a very organized and thorough interview process that allows both the employer and the applicant to make a well informed decision. There are four parts of the process: phone screening, lunch meeting, case based interview, behavioral/fit interview. The whole process took about two months and was without a doubt the most challenging interview process I have ever been a part of.

Question 1
What is your criteria for evaluating a company/potential employer?
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ER Express (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
There was no formal / traditional behavioral interview, more of a conversation about yourself and what you want to do. There was a challenging Excel test, but don't have to complete it perfectly. There was a writing test to test basic writing skills and professional communication skills. The tests are done during an office visit.
