You didnt apply through university, you applied through a private coaching institute. Being fresher our only task in interview is to gauge your attitude not your skills, as our team members do help freshers candidates to acquire skills.
Fortunately many candidates like yourself are trained to potray themselves well enough but when it comes to fulfillment of committments, they fail to live up to their committments, thats where we misjudjed your abilities/attitude.
In such cases other team member's who take responsibility even for your work and execute them enjoy a favorable position/growth. Rather than abusing such team members, we were expecting you to learn skills and attitude from them.
