First you need to clear 2 rounds of abtitude and coding . in the offline interveiw first you go through GD of gropu 15 approx .Speak more and be confident that gets you selected .Second you have technical round with 2 to 5 years experienced employee , to clear you need to have good basics and communication skills , next is manager round generally they go deeper into your projects and opinion on SDE , need to write code on rough paper and explan throughly with confidence this is the most dificult part in the interveiw process , if selected next is HR round of 15 to 20 mins . They ask your self intro and family details , may ask you small aptitide or puzzle qyestions this round is easy than manager round .
