Upon application, you will be required to write and IKM. To test your programming skills once done with that you will need to come in for an interview or take a call. Upon a successful interview, you will be contacted and informed of the outcome
A two part review first with the company as a whole and then with the team they think would best fit with you. It was a face to face where they told you what they did in the company and what the expectations is of yourself.
