Interview
There is an equal proportion of personal background and technical skill evaluation. Only 1 in-person interview with 3 representatives present. 1 of which was present through an audio call. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere; and maintained professionalism.
Interview began with formal Q&A regarding resume and experience. Introduction to colleagues, team, expectations, training opportunities. Follow up from HR within a week after interview regarding next steps in the hiring process.
