The 1st round interview is a group interview with about 8 people. This is where the company can examine which candidates establish separate themselves from the group. The 2nd round interview is an individual interview. This is where you are questioned on your qualifications, background, etc. Overall, it was an enjoyable, yet challenging interview process.
