The interview was really strange. They make you take an IQ test and a personality test. The personality test asks you the same questions over and over again so, make sure you answer honestly. Then the CEO comes in and asks you a few questions and then you have to read over a script that they want you to follow for when you take to customers. Also, it is a group interview.

They asked all the questions a normal mortgage company would ask. It was an average interview process. I sat down with the sales manager and they went over how they did business.
